We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and outstanding sales executive to join us to help develop business with new clients using our partner software and selling our services alongside that opportunity.

We’re excited to say that we’re investing in our very own sales team, and this is the first role we’re looking for, this opportunity will focus exclusively on sales and business development to support a new service we’re offering clients looking to improve, replace, or introduce ERP.

Key Experience Required

We’re looking for great track records in software sales – preferably ERP solutions, however other best of breed solutions sales will not be discounted.

  • Proven track record in solution selling and software sales
  • Developing new business and effectively managing pipeline
  • B2B (business to business) sales
  • Confident with presenting to, and meeting new clients
  • Effective communicator internally and with prospective clients

Ideal Experience

  • Experience selling software in a consultancy, especially ERP.
  • Capable of developing sales strategy and contributing actively to sales team development

You’ll be responsible for driving sales targets through effective closure of new business sales. Which would include Mitec Consulting services and through the resale of our partner software. You will present our solutions, developed together to clients in person as well as represent us at trade shows, industry events, conferences and seminars to drive lead generation and sales conversion, but also will have some qualified opportunities presented for closure.

To reward you for any successful business we will offer commission based on successful sales which is uncapped. Package will include basic salary, a car allowance, expenses paid, bonuses, pension, holiday pay, sick pay and uncapped commission you can expect an OTE of £100k+ amongst other benefits.

This position will be home or office based, with regular customer facing travel required so you’ll need to be great at managing your own time and workload as well as reporting back to the managing director.
