Managing Director

Charlotte Pitcher

Charlotte leads the consulting and services for Mitec consulting, with a background in Law & 10 years’ of delivering complex services to a large variety of industries. Passionate about customers getting true value from their ERP solution, Charlotte founded Mitec with the goal to challenge the traditional consulting model and demonstrate true benefit from our services through partnering with the very best ERP solutions available in the marketplace.

Outside of the day to day, Charlotte is a keen homecook and loves to travel and sample the local food and wine, as well as spending time with her son and husband.


Tim Bashall

With over twenty five years experience in both Digital Systems Consulting as well as the staffing industry Tim has a flair for developing niche companies from the scratch into credible brands with robust and profitable business models.

He is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of Mitec Consulting Ltd and associated companies, ensuring each grows into a trusted and respected business and remains outstanding within their chosen market. His remit also involves overseeing the operations of the business to ensure that all customers receive a focused and consistent service which is of significant value.

Tim is a dedicated family man with a taste for adventure, a keen interest in winter sports and country pursuits.


Darren Mills

Darren has over 20 years’ experience building focused consulting businesses from scratch, Darren is a key driver and evangelist for Mitec and our delivery led ethos. Darren is passionate about developing our people and using their development as a platform to grow the businesses he supports to respond effectively to our customer’s needs.

As well as founding Mitec, Darren devotes significant time to charity and philanthropic activities raising money for numerous good causes and is at the heart of the social responsibility activities for the company.

Project Delivery Director

Vince Powell

Vince has over 30 years’ experience in a range of Industries, with the past 20 directly involved in the implementation of Business Systems both as a customer, and consultant Project Manager with a major focus on IFS Applications. Until recently Vince was employed by IFS and joined us to develop our Project Delivery portfolio, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, backed up with an MBA in Business Administration.

Our objective is to ensure that Mitec use the best process and procedures to support the delivery of IFS within organisations, and Vince is in a position to align with current IFS best practice, ensuring a consistent approach in managing resource and activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Vince has a Black Belt in Taekwondo, and is a keen motorcyclist enjoying touring around Europe, in between keeping fit and supporting his family.

Dan Bunder, Consulting Delivery Director at Mitec Consulting

Consulting Delivery Director

Dan Bunder

Dan is responsible for ensuring that Mitec has the best possible consulting delivery team available to customers, with ERP delivery capabilities that are second to none.

He will be working with grassroots talent development, contributing in Vendor Partnership development, associate consulting vendor selection, new services development and general business development/pre-sales.

Dan started in this industry as a customer of IFS, before joining as a Senior Consultant and remained with the company for eight years. His time there was split between consulting, R&D and mentoring the graduate consultants before he started his own consulting company. He continued to work with our graduates in this capacity before joining Mitec in 2019.

Outside of the day to day Dan is a proud Liverpool fan, a proud father of two fantastic children and a proud husband to a wonderful wife, just not necessarily in that order! He also likes cake.

Technical Services Director

Keith Savage

Keith is a PRINCE2 certified technical consultant with many years’ experience delivering technical consultancy for a variety of ERP applications including IFS, Oracle and iFlightMRO. Keith’s experience is from a range of industries and sectors giving him a broad and detailed knowledge of our customers’ needs. Keith joined Mitec a time of extreme growth and is instrumental to building our internal capability to deliver quality technical services to our customers. Other than delivering and developing our technical services and team, Keith is an avid music fan, regularly travelling for concerts with his family as well as a keen badminton player.

Business Development Director

Colin Brooksbank

Colin has over 25 years of experience working with clients spanning a range of industries and is passionate about working with businesses to understand their operational challenges, their strategic initiatives and to help implement solutions that deliver demonstrable value.

Colin’s focus is to create and deliver innovative business solutions with our customers, building strong working relationships with our clients and our partners and driving responsive, proactive customer service.

Colin joins Mitec as we become an IFS Channel Partner and will collaborate closely with the IFS team to drive the growth the of the IFS Application software license and subscription side of our business.

Outside of work Colin is a regular cyclist and keen on keeping physically and mentally fit.
